Dust and loss-free container emptying, powder transport and addition, wetting and dispersion up to complete de-agglomeration are all implemented by a single machine - the YSTRAL Conti-TDS. Powders are not only simply wetted, but dispersed in the liquid under vacuum. This inline mixing process avoids agglomeration. A better breakdown, higher efficiency of raw materials and higher product quality are the result.

The YSTRAL Coflow is a continuously operating inline powder wetting and dispersing machine for the production of dispersions. With this technology, powders can be continuously mixed in, homogenised and dispersed in liquids in proportion to quantity.

The Batt-TDS™ inducts powders dust-free under vacuum into a stream of liquid, thereby creating conditions for optimal dispersion of diverse components in a continuous sequence. Independent control of key parameters, including flow and shear rates, offers a wide process window in a single piece of equipment.

Low-dust induction, suspension and dissolution of powders in liquids. TDS Induction Mixers draw powder, liquids or gases below their level into liquids and at the same time homogenise the contents of the container. The vacuum required for induction is generated in the mixing head. The machine is installed in the container from above by means of a flange or traverse. Alternatively, the TDS Induction Mixer can work on a lifting frame.
