A process plant for an American customer

When the world came to a standstill in spring 2020 and it was no longer possible to support our global customers on site with the commissioning or maintenance of their systems, we felt brutally slowed down. From 100 to zero, so to speak. We did not accept this fate for long. After all, we are specialists in processes and their optimization. Together with our IT experts, we quickly found the solution. Today, we, and our customers, walk through the plant with data glasses as a matter of course, use AR technology and are back in the thick of the action. We run tests together, accompany the commissioning of machines on the other side of the planet and optimize processes in remote mode. We will continue to use this technology, even if physical presence will be possible again at some point. A moment of shock that paralyzed us in the short term ultimately led to a solution that we are using to actively change our future. This is a good example of what drives us, how we tackle challenges and find new solutions for our customers. You first have to understand and penetrate processes in order to be able to change them. In other words: We look deep into the pots. What do we always learn anew? There is always a way. Our profession is mixing and dispersing technology, we deal with powder wetting processes and raw material input. And we are constantly asking ourselves how we can improve a process. This involves processes for our customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, coatings & inks, food and home and personal care industries. We work across all sectors because the processes are often similar. This enables us to benefit from the enormous wealth of experience of our colleagues from the various disciplines. We also keep a close eye on the market and can quickly tap into growth potential by providing important impetus for new industries or innovative applications from a standing start.
