For testing and innovating your mixing and dispersing processes

We can carry out tests with a wide range of raw materials in our trial centre. However, some H-phrases are excluded. This applies, for example, to certain explosive and oxidizing substances as well as substances with certain toxic and harmful properties. If this applies to the raw materials you process, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

We use the light microscope to examine your samples with regard to various factors: both density measurement and particle size analysis with dynamic light scattering are possible. We can also determine viscosities using various measuring methods with and without temperature control and plot curves of different shear rates. The analyses are carried out immediately after the test, allowing you to discuss the results directly with our process and application engineers.

No, you don't have to be on site to carry out tests in our trial centre. You can also follow the tests remotely via livestream.

Up to four tests per day can be carried out in our trial centre.

Once the tests have been completed, you will receive a comprehensive test report within approximately one week. Your final report contains the complete test documentation with all tested recipes, process parameters and measurement results. You will also receive specific recommendations from us for the scale-up and the optimum machine equipment for your production requirements.

Yes, this is possible. If you would prefer to carry out your tests in your familiar environment, we are also happy to provide you with test machines and pilot plant equipment on a rental basis. Conducting tests at your premises is particularly useful if raw materials with H-phrases are to be used that cannot be processed in our technical center. These include various explosive and oxidizing substances as well as substances with certain toxic and harmful properties.
