From development to realisation

The requirements for the necessary main components and machines are defined based on the process-engineering process. Of course your specific execution requirements – e.g. your specifications – are taken into account here. From this, we then develop a system concept in the form of a flowchart or a pipeline and instrumentation diagram (PID). Possible interfaces to other equipment can then be specified as well. A detailed offer with the technical and commercial conditions completes the concept phase.

In order to realise your process system, we initially model your system in a 3D model. As a result, we are able to check together how the system can be inserted into the structure of your building and your operating processes.

We manufacture the components needed for your plants and machines on our modern production machines at our site in Ballrechten-Dottingen. In addition, we specify the components that we purchase from selected service partners according to our specifications. We subject every part and component to extensive testing in order to be able to ensure the high quality of the machines and plants at all times.

We are happy to build your process engineering system in our factory for acceptance. Depending on the scope of delivery, we test compliance with the technical documentation and specifications, as well as the functions of the system, according to your requirements and our possibilities as part of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

After successfully passing the FAT, the system is delivered to you and erected at your production site. After completion of the installation and set-up work, the system commissioning is performed with test media and/or raw materials. In this phase, the system is set for the planned production method, various parameters are adjusted and setpoints specified.

In this step, a "Site Acceptance Test" (SAT) is also performed, in which the guaranteed properties of the system are verified and documented.
