BBT holding and emptying station
The BBT holding and emptying station optimises powder handling with powders in big bag containers. In combination with the YSTRAL Conti-TDS powder wetting and dispersing machine, powders from big bags can be sucked into fluids without dust and loss, and dispersed.
BBT 100: Big bag pick-up table
Big bags can be lifted with machinery available on site, e.g. forklift or ceiling crane, and emptied via the integrated docking system (ADS) and powder fluidiser FSA-5.
BBT 200: Big bag emptying station
The BBT-200 emptying station has a tubular steel frame on it and a lifting crane. As a result, big bags can be directly lifted and emptied with low dust over the integrated docking system ADS and the powder fluidiser FSA-5.
BBT 300: Big bag double emptying station
The BBT 300 has two tubular steel frames and two lifting cranes on it. As a result, two big bags can alternately be emptied over the docking system ADS and the powder fluidiser FSA-5.
Big bag docking system ADS
The big bag docking system is mounted in the frame of the BBT and serves as the link between the big bag and the powder fluidiser FSA-5. The outlet hose from the big bag is connected to the docking system via a double ring system, this allows low-dust flow of powder from the big bag into the FSA-5. If necessary, suction may also be required.
